- 1.5 cup Soya Sauce (Reduced Sodium)
- 3 Tb Canola Oil
- 1.Five Tb Hot Sauce

- 5 tsp Garlic Puree
- 1 tsp Chili Pepper Flakes
- 1.5 tsp Oregano
- 1.Five tsp Rosemary
- 1.5 tsp Thyme
- Salt
- Fresh Cracked Pepper

- In a large bowl, combine chicken strips with soy sauce, 1.Five Tb canola oil, pepper, and warm sauce. Set aside to marinate.
- Parboil potatoes in boiling salted water for 8 mins.
- In a huge skillet over medium-excessive warmness, blend 1.Five Tb canola oil and 1.5 Tb butter.
