Ingredients

  • 1025 g Chicken Breast
  • 1025 g Yellow Potatoes
  • 1.5 cup Soya Sauce (Reduced Sodium)
  • 3 Tb Canola Oil
  • 1.Five Tb Hot Sauce
  • four.Five Tb Salted Butter
  • 5 tsp Garlic Puree
  • 1 tsp Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 1.5 tsp Oregano
  • 1.Five tsp Rosemary
  • 1.5 tsp Thyme
  • Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper


Steps


  • In a large bowl, combine chicken strips with soy sauce, 1.Five Tb canola oil, pepper, and warm sauce. Set aside to marinate.
  • Parboil potatoes in boiling salted water for 8 mins.
  • In a huge skillet over medium-excessive warmness, blend 1.Five Tb canola oil and 1.5 Tb butter.
  • When butter is melted, add potatoes. Cook for about 4 mins, stir and cook an additional four-five mins until potatoes are golden and fork gentle. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
